In this world, it is often difficult for us to find peace amid all the chaos. Worry is always at the door wanting to snatch our peace. Thankfully, we have a Father who cares and wants us to always remain in His peace. John 16 vs 33 says “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you [b]will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” Jesus did not promise a life free of challenges, but instead He reassures us of His presence, His peace, and His finished work ( He has overcome the world ). He is explaining that to subdue the effect of the tribulations of this world, we must find peace in Him.
