Introduction to "The Kingdom"

Hello! Welcome to the blog!😊 Today, we will begin our exploration of the Kingdom of God. What is a Kingdom?  From the dictionary, a Kingdom represents a domain or territory. A Kingdom is usually ruled by a King/Leader. It is generally defined based on a set of characteristics/attributes and governed by a set of rules. For example, the kingdom of A could be said to be governed by King of A, it looks like xyz, and the people are abc. Similarly, the Kingdom of God/Heaven is governed by the King of Kings - God. It looks vastly different from the Kingdoms of this world, which is mostly governed by human wisdom and reasoning.   This Kingdom is centered around Christ. The people of this Kingdom possess unique characteristics that make them identifiable. Also, the Kingdom of God as with any other Kingdom is characterized by a certain way of life . The Power of the Holy Spirit

  Have you surrendered your life to Jesus? Do you believe that Jesus died so that you might be saved? If your answer is yes, then my next question is - How do you know you are saved? The bible says in Romans 5 vs 8 – “ But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us .”   Remember Ephesians 2 vs 8, which we referenced here . It says we have been saved by grace through faith. Therefore, this implies that we not only believe that Jesus died for us and have faith in Him, but we also know that we have been saved from eternal destruction. Again, how do you know you have been truly made right with God? 1 Corinthians 1 vs 30  -  “God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God ; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin.” Romans 8 vs 15 – 16 says “So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves.
